As lighting has developed, so has the Weblight service offering, and we now offer a full design, installation and maintenance service to the Retail, Healthcare, Commercial Offices, Education, and Industrial sectors, as well as working closely with many Facilities Management companies. Weblight were the first to introduce regular planned maintenance visits to improve services standards and reduce carbon footprint, and pioneers of the full recycling of spent lamps (several years ahead of the WEEE Directive), and a fully integrated PDA based labour and material tracking system with all the benefits for client service. A key advantage of the information from the service management system is the ability to spot material usage trends and to keep stock levels both in central locations as well as on the dedicated van fleet at appropriate levels and with the correct stock lines. This allows industry leading first time fix rates and a far more efficient service to be operated. The company is now unique in its ability to undertake the full range of services - to design lighting schemes taking into account the interface of lighting performance, energy and capital cost, to install lighting and electrical schemes and maintain them and to offer funding packages to allow an immediate payback for clients. All of this is achieved through in house, directly employed resource. We also provide a substantial number of electrical services ensuring compliance and certification for clients. We provide a front line electrical maintenance service to prominent clients across the UK. Weblight provides Lighting & Electrical maintenance solutions to high street retailers and public houses. Our nationwide network of engineers also provide Compliance Testing and install LED lighting products.
