• Annual Emergency Lighting Testing, installation of LED Lighting, Electrical Works, Annual PAT Testing,
• TM44 Reports, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC), Display Energy Certificates (DEC), Energy Savings and Opportunities Scheme (ESOS),Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC), Asbestos Services,
• Water Treatment Services including Legionella risk assessments
