I feel we did our brother Marc Miller proud on Friday was a very hard day but I’m so proud to have had him as my brother and am so proud of our family coming together to make it the amazing celebration of life that it was.

It is so sad that we had to do this but I want everyone out there to know I am always available for a chat or a coffee if you’re feeling low fed up or just want to rant!

We are loosing to many young people to mental health and we all need to be more aware that we all matter and there if no shame in asking for help or feeling low!

As it was said at his eulogy not one person said anything about failure or let down etc when we were in the room writing it. there wasn’t one negative statement from any of his friends and family but I have no doubt he saw himself as one at times and worried about it.
But when you low and down and feel this way just know that when your family and true friends sit there they are never thinking of you in this way I grantee they are all there to help you through the darkest days without judgement.

So please remember to talk and you might be going through a rough patch but there is always a way out and true friends and family will always be there for you.

Also family is not always blood!

As some of you are aware some of you won’t be, but sadly my brother lost his battle with his mental health and took his own life 2 weeks ago.
He was only 35 and leaves a beautiful little 2 year old daughter behind.
I am putting it out there that if anyone ever feels like they are alone or struggling my phone is always on and I’m ready to listen.
