Here is the start of our latest loft conversion in sompting!
We finished a loft last Monday and started this one on the Tuesday so literally from one to the next!
Pictures of previous in the pipeline but we have been extremely busy as always..
Hoping this weather eases off soon 🌧️

Good evening everyone 👋🏼

On this miserable rainy Monday and for once finding myself a spare moment to sort through some recent projects! Below are some pictures of an extension finished this week in Shoreham. Before there stood a tired/dated conservatory.. But now stands a stylish, modern and much more spacious design with bi-folding doors and a rendered finish for a much more pleasing to the eye look! The new space boasts a larger dining/relaxation area along with a separate W.C and utility room (hard to picture due to there size) But always a bonus! Hopefully the rain gives us a break on our current project over the next few days!

Good evening everyone 👋🏼

Below are pictures of before, during & after of a recently finished loft conversion project in our home town of steyning!
As previously mentioned I'm trying to post a little more regularly these days around our very busy schedule..
I will post the interior pictures of this project once the customers have settled in as the end result was a very quirky/cool internal shape!
This conversion consisted of a hip to gable, adding a medium sized pitched roof dormer with internal vaulted ceiling to create a nice sized bedroom, nursery & ensuite bathroom! Re using as many of the original tiles on the outside as possible and finishing the dormer cheeks and gable in a lovely heatherd moss Hardie plank cladding 🔨
More to follow but for now here's some roof/exterior shots 😁

Hello everyone 👋🏼

As usual I haven't updated for a while due to being very busy as always!
But it's always nice to go and meet with clients once they have settled in have a catch up and take some final pictures! 📸
Here are a few pictures showing before, during & after resulting in this stunning top spec extension!
Previously a dated not so pleasing to the eye conservatory stood in its place.. now it boasts a lovely brick built extension consisting of a large open plan kitchen and dining area, stylish downstairs w.c and spacious utility room.
There were plenty of interior alterations to make this open plan, chimneys removed, goal post system to the width of the existing house and interior walls removed but it was all certainly worth it now looking back at these pictures!
This particular client was an extremely great one to work for and they also had an extreme eye for detail quite like nothing I've seen before. But I think it's fair to say we delivered once again on this one!
