I'm not going to wait to upload the pictures of this one!
Although this isn't one of our large projects it was a extremely rewarding one as these pictures will demonstrate..
This job was started on a Monday and completed on the Friday with some hard graft!!
As you can see the original bathroom was in a very bad state not being touched since it's original installation in the 60's and was in desperate need of this overhaul...
This wasn't just fitting a new suite and a lick of paint the whole room was started completely over consisting of:
New uPVC window with satin glass reduced in size with cavity work to allow for a larger bath ✅
Complete new 1st & 2nd fix plumbing throughout (including the exterior drainage and existing asbestos SVP "removed professionally" and now with rodding access) ✅
New 1st and 2nd fix electrics ✅
Re boarded, prepped and fully plastered ✅
Fully insulated new flooring throughout ✅
Completely re decorated with bathroom grade paint ✅
New stylish ogee skirting and architraves ✅
New oak holdenby door and furniture ✅
And a luxury new suite to set it all off ✅
Not a bad 5 day turnaround if I don't say so my self!! 👌🏼
