The Admiral Taverns Story
Admiral Taverns — one of the UK’s largest pub groups, wanted to see how Hydro Genie®️ would perform within their estate, where many pubs are older, draughty, and expensive to heat.
Two pubs were selected for a 3 month monitored trial:
• The Malt Kiln, Bradford
• The Punch Bowl, Manchester
Both buildings had poor insulation, high heat loss, and were tested during a particularly cold January.
28mm Hydro Genie Platinum systems were installed with no changes to thermostats or heating schedules, ensuring a fare, real world comparison.
