We’ve been working hard on this project since December. A returning client selected us as their contractor of choice for demolition works ⚒️ what used to be Noble House Chinese takeaway will be converted to a 3 bedroom property 🔑

A complete back to brick excluding the basement ✅
Basement wells & under stairs cleared of debris ✅
Specific ceilings dropped ✅
Complete ground floor tile removal ✅
Out house tile removal ✅
Conservatory taken down ✅
Carpets & Lino removed ✅

So the page has been a bit quite as I’ve prepped for & come back from a holiday to the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 and came home with a fiancée 💍 back to reality now, here is a complete back to brick we completed for a landlord in Offerton. The landlord had asked us to take the complete property back to brick with a few ceilings to be dropped. We’ve gone in, done our thing, left the property clean & tidy & it is now ready to it’s renovations 🔨🪚🔧 we are thrilled to have this completed totally in line with the clients expectations & are looking to work with the same client on another refurb coming soon 💥 from big jobs to the teeny tiny ones RV is here to help 🫡

We have been very busy recently subcontracting to Stacey Pattison Property Group on a bungalow property in Northwich, today 2 of the 3 steels have gone in & the kitchen roof completely removed in order to convert it to a flat roof ✅

We had a customer in Heaton Moor who needed this fence/gates putting up ASAP, we were able to accommodate this job into our schedule & are really pleased with the end result, there wasn’t enough gate to get us to the end of the garden that’s when we came up with the idea of the feather edge board finisher to blend into the back fence ✅ another happy customer satisfied 💯

A paint out we did in Cheadle Heath using the extremely popular Silver Copse by Cuprinol! There were some really dilapidated fence panels at the back corner of the garden that were beyond repair so we replaced them with new ones & also cut a custom size one to fit the odd spacing between the posts, all double coated for a really solid finish 💥 another happy customer ✅

Originally we were quoting for a fence, posts & bases paint however the customer asked what she could do with the stone area & wondered about a decking so of course we obliged ✅ all panels double coated for that eye popping finish complimented with Sandtex brilliant white for the posts & bases 💥 topped off with a 3.2x3.2m decked area the family can now enjoy the sun on ☀️ kept within budget & minimal waste, we do what we love here at RV 💎
