2 en-suites and a family bathroom 🤷🏻‍♂️

All knocked through, floated and plastered, old school 🏫

Made a nice sized family bathroom now to be fair! LED light set into the tiles to create a nice affect under the twin vanity and behind the free standing bath, and niche above toilet.

This is a radiator cover hand made by David on site 👷‍♂️ ⚒️

There’s endless designs we can make, and multiple materials can be used also.
This one in particular was a basic 18mm MDF, it’ll be painted at a later date by the client.

The thought of removing a load bearing wall whilst living in the property can feel quite daunting!

Fortunately we kinda know what we’re doing! 😅

In the whole scheme of things it’s a small job. We always protect the floors with tough protection, and seal doorways with dust excluders to really contain the mess!

Here we knocked down two structural walls, blocked up a doorway, installed 2 steels, had it all inspected, plastered it, and got rid of all the mess in 4 days!

And an end result of open plan kitchen/diner/living room, and a happy customer!
