The Concept Team are working hard at the King Pin Site, Trafford Palazzo.

The Partition walls are progressing well with tape & jointing works as we build.

The first fix plumbing, HVAC and cisterns have been installed ready for IPS wall/panelling to begin.

We’ve formed the seating booths which are ready to be covered/upholstered.

The batting cage is being built and construction works to the bar progressing well.

There's plenty more work to be undertaken here but we are well on schedule for completion.

The Care Home facility at Mexborough is progressing well for completion.

With 5 weeks remaining, we will now be focusing on the second fix M&E works along with full decoration and new flooring throughout.

Already planning ahead, we have just secured our first '6-week summer holiday' project.

Returning to Marple Hall High School; we will carry out multiple classroom refurbs.

We are happy to confirm that our mixed industrial / commercial scheme is now completed!

During the time on site the 18,000sqft unit has undertaken a major refurbishment which included complete M&E upgrade, partition works, new ceilings and flooring and a full decoration.

The feedback from the client has been excellent and they can't wait to get going in their new premises.

New Year.... New Week.... New Job....

The White House, Wythenshawe is a 20-bed care home that will undergo a major refurbishment.

The project will run for 20 weeks and
will include various structural alterations, full M&E installation, new kitchens and bathrooms and full decoration and new flooring throughout.

With the final week of the year coming to a close we would like to take the opportunity to thank our Clients and Suppliers for thier continued support through a very busy year.

Today we will finish for Christmas and will return to work on Tuesday 3rd January.
