The building was once an old victorian primary school and is now used as a dance stupid and performing arts college. Boiler repaired and the burner bars cleaned and inspected.

We were recently contacted by a Primary School that had no gas supply to the heating and hot water boilers. We identified the fault and had to replace the large main gas solenoid valve located in the kitchen.

New School Trust joined our client base early this year.
We have been asked to service / maintain all the gas heating and hot water boilers on all sites and associated controls and pumps etc.

Late finish tonight as we had an emergency pump swap to carry out.
The original pump was leaking badly from a failed mechanical seal and caused excessive water loss from the heating system.

Servicing 35 Gas fired burners for a large UK blind manufacturing facility. Each burner requires to be removed and inspected, this is done twice a year.
We also look after the boilers and the air heaters on site.

Today we carried out a full strip down service visit to this large commercial boiler system. The burner was cleaned and the sump was cleared and drained. Whilst carrying out the electrical testing we found a lose neutral cable which was causing intermittent fault messages on the control panel.
Boiler rebuilt and is now work correctly.
