One of my favourite jobs to date, full ground floor renovation for a lovely couple.

Load bearing wall removed and RSJ fitted ☑️
Under stairs cloak room formed ☑️
Back door bricked up ☑️
All plastering and plumbing work carried out ☑️
Kitchen fitted ☑️
New skirting board and architrave throughout ☑️
Full house of oak door supplied and fitted ☑️

Wardrobes and study area finished last week just waiting for a lick of paint!

This set were designed and built from scratch working alongside the customer so they were exactly as they wanted with 5 piece shaker style doors, Push to open drawers and a make-up area with a back lit mirror

Another media wall finished ✅

Also on this job, the artex ceiling was over boarded and skimmed with 6 spotlights replacing the original pendant and french doors were supplied and fitted in the same room

Been nice to get stuck in to something abit different the last two weeks with ASA Roofing and Property Maintenance

Full replacement of a condemned roof in Oxbridge. Bringing it up to new building standards with uprated timber and extra insulation 🪚🛠️

Built in alcove units with 4 piece shaker style doors and accompanying floating shelves.

It’s always hard to find ways to incorporate a tele in to a period style house with small alcoves but this is what we came up with when given the task!

Bespoke door canopy and reveals designed to enhance the details of the front door whilst maintaining the period style of the property.

All formed using Tricoya exterior grade MDF and left ready for paint
