A little bit of pipe engineering this week on a biomass boiler that is used to dry animal bedding.

Branching into the boiler to introduce and control steam as it was producing too much (dry steam) for the heliex power generator.

We also weld on branches for flow and return pipe work for a very good heating system for the maintenance workshop also add in to the system instrument bosses to keep an eye on the moisture levels.

We successfully managed to produce more (wet steam) for the heliex power generator all passed off by Lloyds British, so they are now able to produce power that ends up back into the national grid.

Well what better way to finish a 3000hr contract on time than with the sun and a bbq 🍖 🍺 for the team.

A large quantity of stainless steel chemical vessels with flanges, instrument bosses and branch pipe work for a company over in France.

All passed 3rd party inspection 100% DPI and 100% visual inspection.

Now ready for a little break (smaller jobs) before starting the next project.

Well it’s been a while since the last post and a busy start to the year.

HVAC ductwork job in and out the door with 20 loads of ductwork a week off to be galvanised or painted to keep up with the contract.

All 100% visual inspected 10% or 100% DPI depending on inspection report required from client.

All folded, rolled, punched and welded in house by the team for a time sensitive contract JIT just in time.

As one job leaves us we start a new one for steady 3000 man hours for a new client with a different sector of fabrication work.

No mater how big or complex we have the capability and the team to see the job though to the end.
