Business Administration Apprentice

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administration Apprentice to join our busy office team.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while developing valuable skills in a fast-paced automotive business. No previous experience is required – we’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in building a career in administration.
No two days are the same, so you’ll enjoy a varied role where you’ll gain experience across all aspects of business administration while helping to keep a busy garage running smoothly.
Your role will include:
Answering telephone calls and assisting customers
Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs and MOTs
Managing appointments and updating schedules
Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
Preparing and processing invoices and paperwork
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Ordering office supplies and supporting day-to-day office tasks
Learning the systems and processes that keep the business running efficiently
We’re looking for someone who is:
Friendly, professional and approachable
Well organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicating with customers
Reliable and punctual
Keen to learn and develop new skills
Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new systems
Able to work well as part of a team
