Old tired cement gable end’s upgraded to maintenance free dry verge system.
Repointing your cement gable ends is a waste of time and your money. New cement will not bond to the old crumbling cement bed under the tile.
We removed all cement and mechanically fixed roofing lath to the gable end. Each individual dry verge unit is then mechanically fixed to the timber locking in place the roofing tile.
