Fixed all stonework
Installed new pvc beads to prevent rust.
Fix bays with stainless steal mesh
Re-rendered
Full paint in two colours

Cut out hollow cracks and old lose render
Render gripped the cracks
Scratched and meshed cuts
Spray finished to blend in with original render.
Replacement wood where needed
Painted whole house front white and wood in black

New pillar built

Built supported pillar to hold the wall up between the neighbours. As the neighbours cut it straight down the middle and put a fence and gate up so the wall was wobbling.

Cut the in-between bricks out
New concrete footing
Built the pillar using wall ties to tie into original wall to strengthen the whole thing
