Here’s a rear garden/patio transformation area that our company and team have carried out.

This particular project consisted of a full excavation with all waste taken away from site and making sure the customer was left with a clean site at the end of each working day.

We then installed a solid foundation to all areas, followed by the best quality porcelain and composite decking that there is to offer.

This job was recently completed for a school in Staffordshire and consisted of prep work, a tack coat bonding course, a 6mm aggregate SMA Tarmac overlay and finished off with added artwork to entertain the students 🚀 What a difference a little bit of Tarmac can make!

🏡 A lovely driveway and rear patio area completed in Cheadle, Staffs in just under 6 days!!!

🧱 The driveway consisted of a full excavation with a solid hardcore foundation followed by a brindle coloured paviour boarder, laid on a bed of concrete. This was then finished with a double coating of tarmacadam, consisting of a base course and wearing course surface using 6mm SMA for hard wearing.

🪴The rear patio involved another full excavation of two separate areas where a natural Indian stone (Raj green) patio was laid. All the joints were infilled with a resin bound hard wearing joint filler and all finished to the highest standards.

🏡 What a transformation a bit of tarmac can make to a property, creating a beautiful look as well as value!

🏡 This driveway consisted of a full dig out, followed up by a solid hardcore foundation to stand the test of time.

🏡 We then prepared and created a block edge perimeter in brindle paviors, followed by an application of tarmac base course and a beautiful final surface course of 6mm SMA tarmac for extreme hard wearing.

A tarmac driveway completed by Prime Groundworks yesterday in Cheadle, Staffs.

After completing ground preparation and block edging work to entrance of driveway, we then carried out a final hard wearing surface course in 6mm SMA tarmac.
