Full reroof completed at 41 Whitmore 🔨

The original small clay tiles were replaced with smooth black concrete tiles, along with new breathable felt, treated roofing battens, and a full dry hip system for a clean long-lasting finish 👌

Completed reroof at 41 Whitmore ✔️

The property has now been fully transformed with smooth black concrete tiles, a full dry hip system, new fascia, soffits & guttering, plus fresh leadwork and repointed chimneys for a clean long-lasting finish.

To keep the property in style with its original look, Staffordshire blue Hawkins clay tiles were also installed between the bay windows 👌

The original small clay tiles were stripped back before installing new 160gsm breathable felt and 25x38 treated roofing battens, ready for the new roof system.

The bays were also retiled using Staffordshire blue Hawkins clay tiles to help keep the property’s traditional character throughout the upgrade 👌

Away with the old and in with the new - while still keeping the traditional look of this property in Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent 👌

This small tile reroof was completed using Staffordshire blue clay roofing tiles to match the original roof style that had been in place since 1947.

🔹 Traditional cemented verges and valley tiles
🔹 New mitred lead valleys
🔹 All new lead work around the chimneys
🔹 No dry systems used - keeping the roof true to its original appearance

Torch-on flat roof completed in Lower Tean, Staffordshire 🔨

This one was all completed in just one day 👌

The high winds definitely made it a challenge, but we still managed to get a tidy finish on it.

Midway through this full re-roof at Ley Gardens 🔨

Stripped right back and rebuilt properly using:
✔️ New breathable felt
✔️ 25/50mm treated roofing battens
✔️ New 18mm OSB boards
✔️ EPDM rubber gulley
✔️ Dry ridge system, dry verge & valley trays

Using the existing tiles to keep the original look while upgrading everything underneath 👌

This is the stage where everything gets set up properly to make sure the finished roof lasts.

This whole project took us just a week to fully complete.
