A wonderful surprise has arrived this week from Tim Betterton, head technician at University of Sunderland. These coasters are part of the last ever batch of glass art to be fired at the National Glass Centre before its closing.

We feel truly privileged and grateful to be given these, and we’ll pretend that the red and white is for Stoke and not Sunderland😉🔴⚪️

“I can’t recommend Louise and the team at Kilncare highly enough!

From start to finish, Louise provided top-tier customer service. She kept in regular contact, constantly updating me on progress, and went above and beyond to help rush my order through so I could meet a strict funding deadline. The level of care and responsiveness made a stressful
timeline completely manageable.

And for the equipment itself - it’s an excellent kiln, built to fantastic quality. Great product, truly outstanding customer support, and I would highly recommend Kilncare to anyone!”

Great to see Sarah of Jewel Street Lighting getting some good use out of her Kilncare Pro-fuser!

Wishing the warmest of welcomes to the Kilncare family for Karl!

‘Kilncare Karl’ is now the 5th addition from the Cotton family, joining Scott, Wayne, Dave and Mark. With the recent edition of Mollie Sherwin, the competition between who has the most family members here is neck and neck between the Cottons and the Sherwins😂

Coming from a previous background in kilns, he has been able to take the first few days in stride and jump right into pushing the refractory side forward and is sure to be yet another great addition.

Lee and the rest of the Kilncare family are honoured to have been finalists for the second year in a row for the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce Small Business of the Year award.

A true testament to the work that has been put in by everyone, taking us from a few guys in a shed to the UK’s number one kiln manufacturer.

And a big congratulations to everyone at Aston Marina for earning the title this time around.

Everyone please wish the warmest of Kilncare welcomes to the latest full time member of the Sherwins, Mollie!

Mollie, as you may know from a few months ago, is our Director, Lee’s daughter and now the fourth of the family to be working here full time. It is great to see Mollie taking it all in so naturally and enjoying herself so much here, she’s fitted in perfectly and it looks like she’s here to stay!

Wish us good luck guys! We are back tonight for the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce business awards, nominated for Small Business of the Year for the second year running!
