We’re looking to partner with reliable subcontractors or self employed individuals to support our out-of-hours call handling service.

This is a great opportunity for individuals or small businesses looking for consistent evening work, with a fully supported setup provided.

🕒 Hours:
Monday to Friday
Approx. 4:30pm – 8:30pm

🏠 Location:
Fully remote – equipment and system access provided

Scope of Works:

Handling incoming resident and client calls

Logging enquiries into our system

Escalating urgent issues to on-call teams

Delivering a professional, calm and helpful service

We’re looking for:
✔ Professional and dependable subcontractors
✔ Excellent telephone manner
✔ Comfortable working independently
✔ Previous call handling / customer service experience preferred
