🔧 PRODUCTION FOREMAN WANTED 🔧
📍 Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent

We are a busy, well-established manufacturing business based in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, and we are looking for a hands-on Production Foreman to lead our small but highly productive team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, leading by example, and taking ownership of day-to-day production.

The Role:
You will work hands-on in production while overseeing and coordinating a small plant of 4 people, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and production runs smoothly. Responsibilities include:
• Hands-on mixing, milling, weighing and production tasks
• Managing order processing and small-batch production
• Supervising and supporting the production team
• Planning workloads and meeting production targets
• Maintaining and managing ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems
• Ensuring high standards of quality, safety and environmental compliance

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience in a production / manufacturing environment
✔ Hands-on leader
✔ Strong people management and organisational skills
✔ Experience within ceramic processing preferred
✔ Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 systems (or experience managing ISO standards)
✔ Physically fit – heavy lifting involved
✔ FLT licence preferred
✔ Own transport required

• Operating production equipment
• Manual handling and heavy lifting

✔ Valid FLT licence (essential)
✔ Physically fit – heavy lifting is required
✔ Previous experience within ceramic processing preferred
✔ Experience with mixing, milling, weighing or similar processes

✔ A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
