Project Spotlight: 4 Bespoke Structures, One Architectural Masterpiece

When it comes to redefining luxury outdoor living, our latest completion sets an entirely new benchmark. The Open Space Concepts team engineered a complete multi zone ecosystem using four premium, bespoke structures.

To deliver the perfect balance of light, thermal efficiency, and all weather adaptability, each zone was tailored to a specific lifestyle experience:

Two Bioclimatic Louvred Roofs: Engineered for absolute control over the elements. At the touch of a button or a swipe on the app, the motorized louvres rotate to flood the patio with natural sunshine or seal tight for 100% watertight protection.

One Crystal Glass Roof: Designed for uninterrupted, panoramic views of the sky, creating a sleek, ultra modern aesthetic that floods the space with light.

One Insulated Wooden Roof with Thermowood Walls: A true year round extension of the home. This massive structure features beautifully crafted insulated thermowood walls that look incredible and provide a rich, warm architectural finish for a luxury lounge and dining zone.

We integrated our signature premium features to elevate this build into a class of its own:

Advanced Glazing: Enclosed with a mix of ultra sleek single glazed and double glazed doors for seamless, frameless views around the hot tub sanctuary.

Immersive Lighting: Fitted with striking perimeter lighting to contour the frames, paired with a breathtaking, integrated starry light sky lighting system built directly into the ceilings.

Intuitive Control: The entire environment, from the roofs to the lighting, is controlled seamlessly via flush, premium LED push buttons & app.

A pool is only a luxury if you can use it.
That was the challenge facing some of our clients.

They had invested in stunning outdoor pool and spa areas—beautiful, high-spec, and designed to be enjoyed. But they were limited by something simple: the British weather.

Summer storms. Winter chill. Even spring pollen. For too much of the year, those incredible spaces were going unused.

So we changed that.

Our structures are designed to unlock year-round outdoor living. For this project, we created a bespoke enclosure that blends protection with openness—letting the space breathe in the summer, and shelter in the colder months.

Now? Their pool and spa aren’t just a seasonal treat. They’re a daily retreat. 🏊‍♂️🔥
