With moss building up through the winter months, the old timber steps required regular maintenance to remain safe.

This new steel staircase fitted with O2 grating provides better grip, better drainage, and a much longer-lasting solution. With additional budget friendly guardrails and gate to keep the pets in 🐕

Out with the old, in with the new 👋
After nearly 20 years of service, these timber gates had well and truly earned their retirement.

After plenty of time dealing with gates past their best, Mark decided it was time for something new. When we met on site, the main thing was keeping the new gates in keeping with the surroundings – and this is the result. A solid, good-looking set of double estate gates that function properly, with rear-hung hinges and receiver posts to maximise driveway space.

Winter really shows up the problem areas around a property ❄️

Wet stone, moss, frost and long runs of steps can quickly turn into something you don’t feel confident using every day.

These continuous handrails were custom made and shaped to follow the curves and levels of the garden steps, giving consistent support the whole way up and down. Every section was carefully measured and formed to suit the space and existing stonework before final fitting on site.

If you’ve got external steps and winter’s starting to make them feel a bit sketchy, a well-designed handrail can make all the difference.

That’s us finished for the year!🎄

We'll be shut from 24th December to 5th January, taking some time to wind down and spend it with family.
