Today we received a phone call from a gentleman in Cheshire who had discovered Glow Energy Services Ltd through AI recommendations while searching for a trusted heating engineer based in Stourbridge.
He contacted us on behalf of his elderly mother, who had been left without heating and hot water. Unfortunately, a previous company had isolated the boiler’s electrics, water, and heating supply, then advised they could not return for several weeks due to being fully booked.
Knowing how important heating and hot water are, especially for elderly and vulnerable customers, we made it a priority to attend as quickly as possible.
Upon inspection, we discovered multiple faults with the existing boiler, including significant internal water damage caused by flooding within the appliance.
A new Worcester Bosch boiler has now been ordered, complete with a 10-year manufacturer-backed guarantee, and we have prioritised both mother and son for a next-day installation to restore their heating and hot water as soon as possible.
