Today, we take the opportunity to publicise before & after photos of one of several LEYBOLD RUVAC Roots Pumps that underwent major overhauls at our Vacuum Pump Service Centre last week.
During a major overhaul the components listed are replaced/repaired as standard.
• New Piston Rings
• New Bearings
• New Sleeve and Seal Assembly
• Reset Timing Gears
• Overhaul Motor
As part of this service we complete a full range of performance tests, which includes a Helium Leak Check of your pump.
A 12-month warranty is offered as standard on all major overhauls.

On Friday 14th December 2018, VFE are delighted to confirm that we will be taking part in Christmas Jumper Day again this year in support of Save the Children.

Our varied range of activities commenced ealier this morning with Fancy Dress, Paper Plane distance competitions, Leg Waxing, Cake Baking, Duck Racing, male staff in female attire with lots of laughing and joviality, not forgetting the fantastic cause that today's efforts are thoroughly worthwhile.
