Existing roof stripped and re-felted, new roof on, internal walls up, windows in. ✅

Planned works for the next period; plasterboard & skim walls, complete all 1st M&E, render external works.

Quick update on the progress of the New Build Industrial Unit. First section of slab poured and rebar going in for the retaining walls

Progress is going well on the new build industrial unit we are constructing in Dudley. Rebar and formwork going in ready to pour the first section of slab.

Last update before the Xmas break…

Up to roof height with the blockwork, Kitchen Roof has been felted with the Oak Feature Beam also being installed. let’s hope 2026 starts the way 2025 finished 👌

Some more demo works on one of our projects in Dudley. Final push now before the Xmas break so that we are ready to commence the formwork and concrete slab for the new industrial unit.

Week 8 at the Heathlands

It was a wet week on site which meant we couldn’t carry on with the external masonry, but that didn’t stop us from completing all the demo works for the open plan kitchen.

A big week on site… both the steel beams are installed for the open plan kitchen and we managed to also get the floor joists levelled for the two storey side extension
