As the hot weather continues we are still busy with pool plant refurbishments.
This old leaking thermecon was replaced with a high efficiency Worcester Danesmoor complete with Worcester system filter to give a 7 year guarantee.

Heating systems large or small, we do them all!

Callout to a large commercial system not heating correctly. Lack of maintenance has caused this strainer to block restricting flow through the system and boiler.
Strainer cleaned, gasket renewed and boiler put back on line with minimal fuss.

The pool season is in full swing and this week we have been helping a customer keep theirs warm (despite the hot weather).

Their old certikin boiler had failed due to a shell leak and unfortunately certikin don’t produce oil heaters no more. We scoured the internet for a replacement heater as this would be cheaper but no joy despite many pool suppliers causing they had stock.
We attempted to salvage the old bowman heat exchanger from their old boiler to reuse it but the tube stack had cracked causing pool water to enter boiler circuit.

We explored the use of a heat pump but the customer’s power supply in the plant room was unable to safely supply enough power also they wish to use the pool in the colder weather.

A New Worcester Bosch greenstar Danesmore 32/50 was installed complete with new bowman 120 heat exchanger and controls, super efficient system and will facilitate the customer being able to swim all year round.

We do our best keeping old boilers going and we appreciate moneys tight for a lot of people.
Unfortunately this old Vailant had finally given up after doing over 30 years of service and with some parts being obsolete and limited support available from the manufacturer it was time to replace.

New Worcester 4000 combi installed complete with Worcester filter giving 10 years guarantee (subject to yearly service by a gas safe engineer).

It’s been a busy couple of weeks particularly with boiler installs.

Customer called us to attend to an emergency on a powermax he, we discovered one of the internal copper pipes was corroded and was leaking. Unfortunately the part was obsolete so a new boiler was required.

Property has 2 bathrooms so the customer opted for a 4000 18kw system boiler and a separate 120l unvented cylinder in the cupboard next door.
Due to the powermax pipework coming out in the middle of the floor we built a raised floor to conceal the pipework.

10 year guarantee on the boiler gives the customer peace of mind.

New boilers, servicing and repairs we do it all!
