Admin Assistant – 2F Air Conditioning
2F Air Conditioning is looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with the potential to increase hours in the future.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling calls and emails professionally
- General office administration and data entry
- Scheduling jobs and supporting engineers
- Assisting with invoicing and paperwork
We’re looking for someone who has:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Good IT skills and confidence using office systems
A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently
Previous admin or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
