Meet the team 💙 - Abbie Stewart, Design Engineer

Abbie joined us in June 2025 and has been a brilliant addition to the team. Her role is all about supporting the design and development of our medical equipment - from the early concept stage right through to a finished, manufacturable product.

On a day-to-day basis, she works across CAD modelling, design updates, technical documentation, prototyping, testing, and project management - collaborating with teams across the business to keep things moving.

One of her standout projects has been leading the full design transfer of one of our products into manufacture - running design reviews, writing build reports, work instructions and user manuals, and supporting the move into production.

In her own words: "It's been rewarding to see the project progress from development into a manufactured product. Seers Medical is a very supportive environment, where no two days are ever the same, which keeps the role exciting and rewarding."

Ian Randall has been with SEERS for 8 years as our Supply Chain & Inventory Manager.

Ian leads and supports our Procurement and Inventory teams, overseeing the global supply chain and collaborating closely with Sales and Production to support forecasting, planning, lead times, and availability.

One of his standout projects has been leading the transition from a largely manual process to a fully automated MRP system, improving visibility and traceability across the workflow - from initial quotation through to production and final shipment.

Ian describes SEERS as supportive, innovative, and rewarding, and values the sense of pride in contributing to products that support clinicians and patients, alongside opportunities for personal development,

Yesterday was a day we'll remember for a long time. 🌟

We brought the entire SEERS Medical team together - office and warehouse - for a full company training and away day, and it was nothing short of brilliant.

The morning was packed with insightful presentations from our senior management team, giving everyone a clear window into each department and, most importantly, a shared understanding of where we're headed as a business. There's something powerful about a whole company sitting in the same room, hearing the same vision, and feeling that energy together.

The afternoon? Crystal Maze. 🏆 Teams mixed, laughed, competed, and - crucially - got to know each other properly. For some of our team members, it was the very first time they'd ever met face to face. That alone made the day worth it.

Days like this matter more than people realise. When your people understand the bigger picture, feel connected to their colleagues, and know their role in the journey ahead - that's when a company truly moves as one. Motivated, aligned, and ready.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the day happen - the planning, the coordination and the small details that pulled it all together. You know who you are. 🙏
