Barn Alterations - Long Marston.

Providing a refurbishment of an old barn room into a new contemporary kitchen area, connected to the main house. Bricking up existing stable doors and openings, removing dividing wall. Installing frameless windows and french doors. Adding newly sourced and designed Oak beam to match and securing existing pearlings. Installing insulation to new floor and raising to meet adjoining room. Fully insulate, plasterboard and plaster.
Services provided - general building work, electrical, plumbing, plastering, joinery, carpentry and painting. Our client was thrilled with her new kitchen area.

New Driveway - Stratford-upon-Avon.

Removing existing slabbed driveway and laying new charcoal pavers. Our client was very happy with the transformation.

Rear single storey extension - Wellesbourne, Warwickshire.

Our clients wanted a new single storey extension to extend the Kitchen and Dining Room area for the family. Tiles and bricks were carefully matched to the existing house and all steels were fitted according to the Structural Engineers requirements. The same existing flooring was laid to give a continuous seamless flow throughout the contemporary rooms.
Services provided – general building works for new footings, brickwork, steels and roof. Electrical, plumbing, doors, windows plastering and painting also provided.

Full Renovation - Loxley Road, Stratford-upon-Avon

How impressive is this project below which we completed earlier in the year? Originally a bungalow situated in Loxley Road, an exclusive part of Stratford-upon-Avon became transformed into a luxury 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached house through an extensive renovation programme. Installing a high specification of products including underfloor heating, circulation pump, bespoke oak staircase and many more. The house boasts an outstanding 123sq metre kitchen with two huge bi-fold doors leading onto the garden, what an amazing entertaining space and big enough to have its own disco dance floor!! A big thank you to all the team for their dedicated commitment to detail as always, skill and expertise.

Loft Conversion & Extension - Stratford-upon-Avon

This project was nearly a complete new build albeit a few existing walls. We provided a full installation and project management service for demolition, steel work, roof construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, kitchen and bathroom installation. We delivered the project on time and on budget despite COVID challenges this year. Our client is thrilled and we have already received a new order from one of their recommendations.

Dear Facebook friends and family, our vans were broken into last week and tools taken. We wanted to point out that also our magnetic van signs were stolen. I have no idea why but we are obviously, deeply concerned that others maybe pretending to be Gisbourne Construction fraudulently. Those that know us, if you see or hear of anyone representing our company, who is not part of our team or displaying magnetic signs, please let me know as soon as possible. Our vans now and going forward will all display stuck on signage. Many thanks, Alan.
