We are ready for the Scaffolding to come down and can’t wait to show what’s hiding underneath!

We’ve been hiding under the tent since December and things are progressing nicely. The scaffolding should be down in a week, it’s been a game changer for working this time of year given the weather we’ve had.

🔨 Lead Carpenter Wanted

Due to continued growth and a full diary for 2026 we are looking for an experienced lead carpenter to work with us on domestic extensions, conversions & renovations.

You’ll be expected to:

• Run the carpentry side of the job
• Carry out first & second fix
• Set out works and work from drawings
• Coordinate with other trades on site

Requirements:

• Strong domestic experience
• Self-employed / CIS registered
• Own tools & transport
• Reliable, organised, and tidy

What we offer:

Here is a job in Pilton that we recently finished. We’ve reconfigured the utility room and squeezed a nice big shower into the corner, finished off with a lovely solid oak sliding door.

We love these smaller renovation jobs to fill in the gaps between our bigger projects, there’s a planning application in for a side extension at this property so we may well be back soon.

🔨 The role is multi-trade, covering all aspects of domestic building projects including:
• Groundworks
• Masonry & brickwork
• Roofing
• Carpentry & finishing works

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Experience in at least one trade (carpentry or brickwork preferred)
• Willingness to assist with day-to-day site operations
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Positive attitude & team player

📍 Based in Street / Glastonbury working on a variety of domestic projects.
