NEW 📣 Solar and Battery service! ☀️

ReFLEX is launching a new service which will streamline the process of installing domestic solar PV panels and/or battery storage. Through creating partnerships with MCS accredited installers operating in Orkney, including E Fraser Electrical, R.S. Merriman, and Highlands and Islands Renewables, this service aims to bring Orcadians an easier and more cost-competitive route to cheaper, greener energy.

Our stand is alongside Highlands & Islands Renewables, one of our partnered Solar and Battery installers. As well as solar, they are offering a range of energy efficiency practical demonstration models to let you see first-hand how different insulation systems, ventilation solutions and renewable technologies work in real properties. Come along to see how we’re working with Highlands & Islands Renewables to make it easier for Orcadians to implement energy efficiency solutions for greener and more affordable to run homes.

We do Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) Surveys in Orkney ⚡🏡

An Energy Performance Certificate gives a rating for your property’s energy efficiency from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). EPCs are legally required when you are selling, renting, or building a property. The service is available to home and property owners, landlords and short-term or holiday let owners. 🏡



Being aware of your property’s efficiency rating, and following the recommended improvement measures that the document gives can help reduce your energy bills and carbon footprint. 👣



ReFLEX’s EPC service will involve a full Energy Performance assessment of your property, including standardised assessments undertaken by our expert surveyors.

You’ll be provided with an Energy Performance Certificate and official EPC rating, and you’ll be given recommendations for improving the property’s energy performance.

Our team can then refer you to installers and programmes to support you in undertaking the changes to improve your property. 👷

ReFLEX is working with The Motability Scheme to give Orcadian customers who qualify for their scheme a new and easier way to test drive and order their next car in Orkney.



🚙 Test drive electric vehicles

🔋 Try out charging an EV

ReFLEX will also give Orcadian Motability Scheme customers ongoing support, including:



✔️ Familiarising customers with their new EV

✔️ Assist first time home or public chargepoint users

✔️ Warranty support

✔️ Access to our locally based expert team, who can answer questions and give advice on all things EV



Qualifying Motability Scheme customers can benefit from an all-inclusive Motability Scheme package, plus additional local support from ReFLEX throughout your lease.
