With recent expansion and investment, we have created a purpose-built workshop in Sunderland. Edmundson Contract Interiors now provides an array of joinery and bar-fitting services, for both private and commercial clients. We machine and dress timber in house, allowing us to have the ability to carry out a wide range of projects and finishes. Our highly qualified time-served tradesmen manufacture

complex and bespoke joinery items in house to a high standard. With many years of experience in manufacturing and producing bespoke joinery items, we consistently produce high-end results to our client’s specification. Edmundson Contract Interiors also provide French polishing and spray coatings, all “in house”, within its purpose-built spray shop. Because of this, production time is reduced, and QC is exact. We are also able to match existing finishes, colours, and refurbish existing polished items. Once completed, our team of experienced second-fix joiners and bar fitters can install the manufactured work on-site. As well as offering a first-class joinery service, we are also able to project manage your projects. We have qualified contracts managers who liaise with our clients, sub-contractors, designers and in house staff. By providing this service, we can offer complete packages that will ensure client satisfaction.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, Edmundson Building and Preservation owner Graeme Edmundson had a vision to expand his company to be able to tender for full refurbishment projects. Subsequently, Edmundson Contract Interiors was formed.

A move to bigger premises with significant investment in a new joinery workshop, along with a range of new machinery, has paid off. The team have increased their already skilled workforce to include bench joiners, project managers, and new apprentices. Subsequently, the company has gone from strength to strength, securing multiple new contracts and expanding their customer base significantly. Building on an already excellent track record, Edmundson Contract Interiors have continued to grow their reputation as a business that offers a complete package and ensures customer satisfaction from start to finish.
