Recent traditional screed works completed in Matfen, Northumberland

This project involved the installation of C20 sand & cement screed across multiple areas, laid at an average depth of 100mm to achieve the required levels and build-up.

A full floor survey was carried out prior to installation, allowing us to accurately determine depths and ensure the correct specification across all areas.

We’ve recently completed a 300m² screed on a self-build plot in Witton Gilbert, Durham, delivered over three visits to align with the build programme.
