Current Work Case Study

Site:
Derwent House, Washington

Client:
JTC Consulting Limited

Works:
Refurb of existing office into 90 new units

Staff Involved:
Rob Brooke, Ian Redman, Sara Coundon and a squad of highly motivated scaffolders.

Design Brief:
We were tasked by the client to design install and maintain a robust, safe access scaffold for the removal of 112 windows and the break out and re installation of new energy efficient windows.

It was important to consider, the main roof replacement work and also access to the plant room on this roof. We were tasked with providing a heavy-duty lifting hoist, for which the stand out hoist for us was the Alimak 450.

The Pybus team overcame all the above challenges in erecting a tidy, safe and fit for all trades scaffold whilst minimising the impact to the site and the large shopping centre nearby.

We recently had a Red Sky Foundation cPAD Defibrillator installed at our site in Sunderland - Wellmere Road Depot, Leechmere Industrial Estate, SR2 9TE

A cPAD is a defibrillator that is available to members of the public, 24 hours a day, to use in the case of a life threatening emergency.
