We are really proud to begin work on the transformation of one of Ulverston's most distinctive buildings, which will soon be our North West team's new home 🏫

The former police station, on Neville Street, was built in 1881 and has stood derelict for more than 10 years. It will now be brought back to use with a £3.5m investment to create a stunning new workspace for our team, as well as short-stay accommodation and a food and drink destination.

We work across a range of commercial projects - from offices and retail developments, to industrial and specialist spaces.

We were pleased to be appointed principal designer on this scheme, offering architectural and civil engineering services for a large MOT garage in Alnwick, with construction now well underway. We popped down to site last week to check progress with the Project Manager and Building Control Officer, and we're pleased to see it looking tip top, as the internal fit out works commence.

This domestic project combines piled foundations, ground beams, steel frame and masonry, to deliver a robust structure while maintaining the character and charm of the local architectural style.

We are proud to be leading the design, delivery, and project management of Olympus Global's proposal for a £2m advanced distribution facility in County Durham – a major investment that could strengthen the North East’s industrial and automotive sectors. 🏗️

Plans for a state-of-the-art 15,000 sq ft development at Aycliffe Business Park have been submitted and will provide modern office space and a high-tech distribution hub, supporting the company’s key clients like Unipres, Thorn Lighting, and Gestamp Tallent.

With sustainability at its core, our design includes bespoke features to align with the carbon reduction targets of Olympus Global and the wider BREEAM credentials set out in the County Durham Plan.

The scheme could also create up to 15 new jobs, making a real impact on the local economy.
