Complete seperation. Boiler side pressurised, house side on gravity.
All good.

This flue is from a 3 year old Vaillant boiler.
This is what happens when the flue is installed at the wrong angle.
Installed by a non-registered fitter. Warranty voided, now re-established.
Make sure you use qualified fitters.

This is what happens to a Vaillant heat exchanger when the boiler has been under-gased (gas pipe to boiler too small), only 8 years old, total right off.
Ensure your gas fitter is registered.

Believe it or not, this whole thing is a radiator disguised as a hallway mirror, even behind the glass warms up. Completed for a customer before lockdown.
Perfect where a mirror/radiator is required in a tight space.
Took a bit of planning to conceal all pipework.
Well happy.
