❄️ Frost Prevention for Dust Suppression Systems ❄️

As we move towards colder days and nights, it’s worth a reminder that if you have Motofog or MB Dust Control dust suppression systems, please ensure you drain them off when not in use.

⚠️ Frost can cause severe damage to any equipment that operates using water if systems are not properly drained when not in use.

Always disconnect the hose and follow instructions for each model, as follows:

Motofog Dust Suppression
MFJ10
* Raise the Spray Arm
* Open the orange k**b on the drain valve to let any water drain
* Unscrew the filter cup to avoid water remaining in the cup & freezing.

MF20, MF40D
* Set the nozzle selector k**b to the central point.
* Open the orange k**b on the drain valve.
* Turn the ignition key 1 click. The water will be ejected from the system.
* Remember to turn the ignition key off and the nozzle selector k**b back to chosen jet.

MFX20
* With the hose pipe disconnected turn the MFX20 on to expel any water in the system.

MF60D
* Open the orange drain Valve.
* Turn ignition to the ‘ON’ position for 8 seconds to expel and water from the system. Repeat to ensure all water expelled.

MB Spray Cannons
On all models:
• Disconnect hose pipe or drain the water tank.
• Open the water pump drain valve.
• Open the nozzle ring valve to allow water to drain out
