Off Highway Sector Manager

We’re looking for a commercially driven Off Highway Sector Manager to lead growth within a key market.

This on‑the‑road role focuses on building long‑term customer relationships, securing service contracts and growing revenue across service, parts and engineering solutions.
Key responsibilities:

Managing and growing key customer accounts
Securing long‑term service contracts and agreements
Identifying new customers and opportunities
Turning reactive work into planned programmes
Working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience in the Off Highway, heavy equipment or industrial sector
A sales, business development or account management background
Proven success securing long‑term contracts

Strong communication and organisational skills

Apprentice Engineer – Sutton‑in‑Ashfield

Leaving school or college and looking for a hands‑on career where you can earn while you learn?

Mitchell Powersystems is looking for an Apprentice Engineer to join our workshop team in Sutton‑in‑Ashfield. This is a great opportunity to start a career in engineering, working with engines, tools and experienced engineers while gaining a recognised qualification.

What you’ll be doing:

Learning how to safely use workshop tools and equipment
Assisting with fitting, assembly and inspection of mechanical parts
Developing practical engineering and problem‑solving skills
Working towards a nationally recognised engineering qualification
Learning on the job with support from experienced engineers and your college

Who this is for:

School leavers or college students with an interest in engineering or mechanics
People who enjoy practical, hands‑on work
Those willing to learn, work as part of a team and take pride in doing a job properly
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C / 4 or equivalent preferred)

You don’t need previous engineering experience, just enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to learn.
