We've recently handed over our latest trailer, a 3500kg mobile Opticians Multiflex for Crowley's Opticians. The bespoke unit has a full working optical testing room as well as a dispensing room. There is an onboard Inverter battery system and solar panels on the roof to power all the equipment, LED lighting and Airconditioning, and even comes with a back up power bank to help give them a weeks use off grid. We have also modified the towing van installing custom 3d signs to match the LED illuminated ones on the trailer.

Our latest 3,500 Kg Mobile Research Unit (MRU) has just been handed over to our local NHS Trust - Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust. The unit will support a wide range of research studies and strengthen collaboration across primary, community and secondary care, helping to create a more flexible and inclusive model of research delivery. It will also complement the Trust’s new Clinical Research Facility, further expanding opportunities for patients to access innovative treatments, technologies and clinical studies closer to home.
The unit has two clinical rooms and is powered from a Battery inverter system with solar panels on the roof and has LED lighting, medical fridge, hot water system and heating.

We've just handed over another 3,500 Kg Mobile Research Unit to the University of Nottingham Health Service/ Cripps Health Centre which has been funded by the National Institute of Health Research. Named ROBERT (Research Outreach Bus Enabling Remote Trials) in honour of Robert Cripps whose foundation funded the recent rebuild of Cripps Health Centre.
The unit has a waiting room, clinic and toilet facilities. It's powered from a Battery inverter system with solar panels on the roof and has LED lighting, medical fridge, hot water system, heating and a centrifuge fitted.

We've recently designed and built a new system for Fujifilm for their Community Diagnostic Vehicles (CDV’s) to make the cars functional and user friendly.
It consists of a module which slots into the back of the car, latches in and becomes self sufficient, transforming (in this case) a standard Toyota RAV 4 into a CDV.
The only alterations to the car itself were the fitment of a solar panel to the roof, some PIR lights and mains charging facilities.

The CDV is deployed in collaboration with regional health boards and national health services to improve access to care in remote or underserved areas, but can be utilised anywhere globally to relieve pressure on A and E departments, avoid unnecessary admittance to hospital, and provide early diagnosis of problems.

As the vehicle is a 4 x 4 it is ideal for remote roads and with it also being a hybrid, along with the solar panel and battery system it has a low carbon footprint.

The unit has had its first showing at UKIO in 2026 and has had some very positive feedback.

Once again we've been involved in another amazing project, this time it was building a trailer for Rolls Royce for Hydrogen Aircraft Engine testing which went to NASA in the USA for operational testing.
In conjunction with Aerotest who specialise in aircraft testing structures, we designed and modified an existing trailer which had been designed for a lighter smaller engine so it could take the increased weight and stresses of the new engine and testing structure all to Rolls Royce's exacting specifications.

The fantastic end result can be seen in situ at the NASA site where testing took place.

We've just had the fabulous mobile clinic we built for the Medical Research Team at Bradford NHS Teaching Hospital in for annual inspection and health check. We can't believe it's been a year!
As you can see for a 3500kg vehicle It's very spacious giving the team a waiting room, clinic and toilet cubicle, plus has an electric wind out awning with sides for outdoor space.
It's also completely green being an electric vehicle with an inverter battery system c/w solar panels onboard to provide power and lighting.

We recently completed a 2nd bespoke fit out of a VW Crafter creating another mobile demonstration showroom for Steel Blue, manufacturers of quality work boots from Australia. This one to display work boots and accessories throughout the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Fitted with a solar inverter system to keep it completely self powered, it also has LED display lighting and warm air heating.
As you can see it looks fantastic!
