To all our valued Customers

Just a quick note from the team here at Sutton branch. We have made a few changes to the shop area to make sure that all customers and staff are safe. We have marked out the branch with safe distance areas and installed protective screens at the Sales Counter Area. Also there is hand sanitiser at the counter so feel free to use as required. Going forward may I ask that if you are able to do so to phone your orders through prior to collecting. This allows us enough time to pick and pack your orders before you arrive. This will limit the amount of customers in the branch at any one time.
We are still not accepting any cash for the moment but we are taking credit and debit card payments using our chip and pin machines.
On a personal note, we thank you all for being so patient with us during these unforeseen circumstances and we are so happy that we have seen a lot of customers coming back through the doors since we have reopened.
We look forward to seeing you all and catching up with you real soon.

As you may have seen on our main social channels we are opening the branch to support essential/emergency work and have put in place the following restrictions👇
🔹We are open to Trade Account Holders Only
🔹All orders must be placed in advance over the phone or via email
🔹You must call the branch on arrival at the site before leaving your vehicle so that we are able to get your products ready
🔹All customers are to adhere to the 2 metre social distancing rule at all times
🔹Collections will be prepared and placed in a secure, neutral area in the branch for you to pick up
🔹Colleagues in the branch will sign tickets on your behalf

These are all in place in order to ensure there is no contact between customers and our colleagues to protect our colleagues as well as customers and the general public.

Finally, we apologise as, we have stopped the dispensing of food and drink in branch for the safety of all.

UPDATE RE BRANCH CLOSURE:
Following the Prime Minister's announcement on Tuesday 24th March we have taken the decision to close all UK distribution branches, warehouses and offices. This closure will be in effect for 24 hours on Tuesday 24th March while we seek urgent clarification from the UK Government about how we can operate our business within the Government guidelines.
We will be providing a further update on this situation by 5pm on Tuesday 24th March (Today).
