External Wall Insulation Bexley

We completed this solid wall insulation upgrade on a pre-1930s semi-detached property in Bexley.

This project involved:

✔ 90mm EPS insulation to the side and rear elevations
✔ Kingspan Kooltherm K5 to the front elevation
✔ 50mm XPS insulation below DPC
✔ Reinforced basecoat with embedded mesh
✔ 1.5mm EWI-075 silicone render finish in “Lead”

This EWI Pro system installation significantly improves thermal performance, reduces cold wall surfaces and provides a durable, low-maintenance external finish built for UK weather conditions.
