2 x labouers to work alongside our Solar PV installers to gain knowledge and become qualified installers. Must have CSCS.

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and licensed electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, particularly in the installation of solar PV battery storage and EV chargers.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components, including solar PV battery storage and EV chargers.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure all work is up to code.
Conduct electrical inspections and tests.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Keep up to date with industry standards and advancements.

Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role with a hybrid work arrangement. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, presenting and promoting our electrical and renewable energy services, conducting sales meetings and negotiations, and achieving sales targets. This position involves both in-person work at our Swanscombe location and some remote work.

Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of electrical systems and renewable energy technologies preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the electrical or renewable energy industry is a plus
