Recent insurance job completed down at Swansea marina after a water tank had failed on the flat above causing damage to this flat below it.

Job involved a complete redecoration with all new flooring and woodwork completed throughout the whole property after a substantial amount of water had stained the ceilings and walls, blown all the flooring & damaged the electrics. Tenants have now returned to the flat and thrilled with the end result 😍

After a few months on this, finally nice feeling to get this full property renovation over the line 🔥🙌

Started this a few months ago and between ourselves and amazing team of sub contractors we’ve handed the keys back to some very happy customers ☺️

Can’t thank the boys enough for helping us out with this one 👏 Chris cannon building landscaping on helping out with the RSJ and structural work 🧱 , DC Electrical Swansea ltd for the complete rewire ⚡️, Optimal Plumbing Heating & Gas services Ltd for complete new water and central heating system 💦, Jed cave plastering on the complete house skim & Llawr on the flooring 😍

Been a little quiet on here for a while as we’ve been trying to wrap up a big project we have on the go 👀 but here is a en suite refurbishment we’ve completed this week in just 3 days 🙌 removing the toilet and moving the sink to create a bigger shower space for the customer who is thrilled with the end result 💪
