Swansea's Newest Restaurant Is WAM's Newest Customer! 🍔

We're delighted to welcome 8 Buns to the WAM family, one of the latest additions to Swansea's growing food scene!

Located on High Street, 8 Buns is bringing a mouth-watering menu of smash burgers made with 21-day dry-aged beef, freshly prepared crispy chicken burgers, wings, tenders and loaded fries to the city.

And if you've got room afterwards, milkshakes and homemade tiramisu finish things off!

It's always exciting to see new independent hospitality businesses opening in Swansea, and we're proud that 8 Buns has chosen WAM Engineering Services to support its commercial catering equipment requirements.

🏆 Recognition For WAM At The Retigo UK UK Awards 2026!

We're delighted to share some fantastic news from today's Retigo UK Awards, where WAM Engineering Services received the Recognition Award 🥳🥳

Ben Jones and Kyle James were there to collect the award on behalf of the WAM team, marking what has been a brilliant year for our growing relationship with Retigo.

One of the highlights was our installation of the brand-new Retigo EVO MAX combi oven at The Fern & Ivy in Treorchy, as part of a complete commercial kitchen design and installation project.

It was the first installation of this new-generation oven in South Wales, only the second in the UK, and a great example of the exciting projects our engineers have been involved in this year.

For us, this award is about more than the number of ovens installed.
It recognises the hard work of our engineers, the relationships we've built with manufacturers like Retigo, and the trust our customers place in us when investing in their kitchens.

A huge thank you to Retigo for the recognition, to our customers for choosing WAM, and especially to our engineers, whose hard work has made this possible.
