Been a tad busy 😐
Services and drainage in
Over 200m2 Slab prepped
Concrete blinding layer in
Slab Shutters built and waterproofing membranes in
50x a393 mesh sheets spaced and Tied to chairs with 250x h20/10 starter bars fitted
Slab Concrete pour over 50m3
Icf walls set out and built up to 1st floor level ready for steels and block and beam floor
Semi basement retaining walls
Structural icf lintels formed with h16 bars h10 links
27m3 Concrete pour pumped in walls 1 day up to 2.7m
Rear basement walls waterproofed and partly back filled before floor goes on 40ton so far
Ready for the next Phase steels and block & beam floor

We are looking for a construction/ ground works labourer to work in a small long standing business in the Swansea area
Must be reliable, honest , conscientious, and be able to work as part of a team working on good quality jobs in and around the Swansea area.
Transport is an advantage but not essential if living in the local area. Previous experience is essential and pay is negotiable depending on experience
