We recently transformed an old cylinder cupboard into a modern, low-cost, low-temperature heating setup — and the difference is huge! 🙌

The old bulky cylinder is gone, replaced with a more efficient system that not only improves performance but also frees up loads of valuable space in the airing cupboard. 🧺📦

To make the most of the extra room, we also installed a radiator inside the cupboard, turning it into the perfect spot for drying towels and clothes – practical and efficient all year round! 🔥👕

A job a year in the making 👇

About a year ago, someone reached out after following our work, asking if we’d be willing to replace his dad’s boiler when the time came — even with the distance involved.

Recently, that call came. The old boiler was condemned, and it was time for an upgrade.

The goal? A reliable system with remote access so he could keep an eye on everything from afar and get alerts if anything went wrong.

We installed the Vaillant UK ecoTEC Plus, paired with the VR 380f and myVaillant Connect for full control and peace of mind.

Safe, efficient heating for dad — and reassurance for the son, who lived an hour away 💪

Definitely one we’re incredibly proud of 👏

A good friend bought this farmhouse after 40 years of little to no upgrades — complete with a coal-fired AGA — and trusted us to bring it right up to modern heating standards.

We installed underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs, all controlled via a Heatmiser system running at a 45°C design temperature for maximum efficiency.

With the size of the property and the number of rooms and beds, hot water capacity was key — so we paired a 10kW Vaillant aroTHERM ASHP with a massive 500L uniSTOR cylinder to handle demand with ease.

A fantastic transformation and a great project to be part of.
