It’s always slightly unnerving when a customer is standing behind you watching you work and not saying anything!
Completely unnerving when a customers Parrot flies up the stairs and sits on his perch to watch you repair the boiler and service it !

Due to the adverse weather conditions there is a good chance your condensation pipe from your boiler may freeze and prevent the boiler from working!
If it does and you can safely,pour boiling water over the pipe and the boiler will return to normal working order 👍
Hopefully this will work and I can build a snowman with my children ☃️

Whilst watching Glastonbury on TV in the comfort of our houses I'm sure we all take our hot water for granted🛁 !
