Relocation of radiators in a church in Llanelli today, re piping the pipework along the floor, as requested by church, in a store room then through the wall to hide the pipework, bled system for a couple of hours 😂 and got heating working.

It’s not the route we would have taken but we try to leave a neat and professional job no matter what job we do.

Out of hour call out tonight to The Grand Hotel Swansea that hot water was cold but heating boilers were on, upon investigation we found the circulating pump on the plate heat exchanger seized and not working. With all options like Screwfix and b&q not open due to the time and all local suppliers closed, Richard Bongo Christensen from City Plumbing Beaufort Road Swansea came to the rescue and opened up and saved the day for both us and the hotel. Returned to site and fit new pump and got hot water circulating correctly and temperature rising from 23°c to 52°c and rising at the kitchen and bar sinks.
