Five days completed, two to go — and plenty to celebrate! 🙌

Our Trailblazer cohort of nine candidates has made fantastic progress through Constructa Pathways this week, achieving Level 1 Health & Safety and accredited first aid, alongside environmental and sustainability learning, green careers activities and a site tour supported by our strategic partner, Hale Construction.

It’s been great to see our team bringing learning to life through practical activities and interactive sessions, helping candidates build confidence, develop skills and explore their next steps into industry.

This is what Constructa Pathways is all about: we train, support and guide people, working with employers and strategic partners to create a pathway towards real opportunities.

A big thank you to our team, Hale Construction and everyone supporting this cohort — and well done to all nine candidates for their commitment throughout the week.
