Young Freddie approached me after a couple of my LinkedIn connections tagged me in a post with Freddie looking for work

Freddie has completed his COTs course and our plan is to turn him into a scaffolder

Freddie needs to play his part, take the opportunity, work hard, be a team player and be willing to learn. Having dealt with Freddie the last couple of weeks in preparation for his start today and physically meeting him on site, I like to think he has a good a chance as anyone to be a massive success

It’s hot, cold, wet, windy, heavy, sometimes dirty work, all the things you’d expect in a construction roll.
