Aaaaaaaaaannnnnnnddddd another car in for a window not working.
This one the customer booked it in because it was stuck down!!
After some simple tests we found the window switch itself at fault due to water ingress.
We stripped the switch and cleaned up the internal contacts and had it all back working up and down as it should.

This Volvo came in with the boot stuck shut!!
After climbing in from behind the seats and a bit of dismantling we got the boot open.
We then was able to perform tests which we diagnosed as a faulty boot latch.
We replaced the boot latch with a new Genuine parts and had it back working as it should.

You wouldn't believe the trouble this plug not being clicked in properly caused!!
There was so many random faults intermittently happening and had been looked at by so many.
This was diagnosed and fixed all within 1 hour on site.
